Jason Burdett
Jason looks after the practical side of Energyze. He works with businesses on operations, logistics, warehousing, S&OP, process improvement and the people and structures that make them work.
He has spent more than 30 years in logistics and operations, starting on the warehouse and delivery floor and rising to logistics director and executive roles. Along the way he has led warehouse planning and design, route planning, S&OP, 3PL management, supplier negotiations and international procurement. He has also owned P&L, cost and health & safety, and reported to CEOs and boards.
Jason is a servant-based leader. He puts the structure, tools and support in place for people to succeed, and coaches and mentors teams so improvements stick.

Tania looks after the financial side of Energyze. She works with business owners on bookkeeping, setting up business books, management accounting and financial investigations.
Her focus is giving owners accurate, up-to-date numbers they can trust, so they can see where the business stands and make decisions with confidence.
